Nordhavn 76 Yacht Delivery
This Nordhavn 76 delivery was completed on behalf of the owner with his crew and our skipper.
Large expedition and trawler motor yachts occupy a different part of the delivery market to most sailing yachts and coastal cruisers. Owners are often dealing with vessels capable of crossing oceans, but the practical reality is that moving a 76-foot yacht can require weeks of time that many owners simply don’t have available.
Professional delivery services allow the yacht to be repositioned without disrupting the owner’s schedule. Whether relocating between cruising grounds, moving the vessel following a purchase, or positioning it for an upcoming season, the objective is straightforward: get the yacht where it needs to be.
Our role was to assume responsibility for the Nordhavn 76 and manage the relocation through to handover. Deliveries of this size involve a significant financial asset, making experience, vessel management and attention to detail just as important as the passage itself.
Nordhavn yachts regularly undertake long-distance cruising throughout the Pacific and Asia-Pacific region, and deliveries remain a common requirement for owners transitioning between major cruising areas.
