Your First Inquiry. You will receive a detailed proposal for your delivery. If this is acceptable we will provide a formal estimate, and once approved, we will get the contract signed to secure your booking. This clear, transparent approach ensures you know exactly what to expect from the start.
Preparation & Planning. Deliveries are prioritized as they come in. We build in a buffer between voyages to account for weather, so we can confirm dates and be ready to depart on time. Our skipper will watch the long-term weather, assemble the crew, and arrive at your boat as soon as conditions are ideal for a smooth start.
During the Voyage. We believe in keeping you fully informed. You’ll get daily written reports and photos, along with access to 24/7 tracking. To ensure consistent communication and access to the latest weather forecasts, we can provide a Starlink, if you don’t have one, for the duration of the trip.
